Telehealth Therapy Across Nevada & Utah

Real Therapy. Real Connection. From Wherever Life Has You.

You've been meaning to find a therapist for months.  Between work, family, and the thousand things on your plate, carving out time to drive across town, sit in a waiting room, and make it back in time for your next obligation feels like one more thing you simply cannot fit in.

Now telehealth changes everything.

Is Online Therapy Right for You?

You might be wondering if virtual therapy feels as genuine, real, or as effective as sitting across from a therapist in an office setting. It's a great question and I've got answers.

You might be a good fit for telehealth therapy if:

  • Your schedule is demanding, unpredictable, or frequently changes
  • You live outside of Las Vegas but within Nevada or Utah
  • You've thought about therapy for a while but logistics kept getting in the way
  • You travel frequently for work or commute between Nevada and Utah
  • You simply prefer the privacy and comfort of your own space
  • You struggle with severe anxiety that makes it difficult to leave home
  • You're a mom, healthcare professional, first responder, working professional, graduate student, or business owner who needs flexibility built in to the therapeutic process

Does Telehealth Therapy Actually Work?

Yes, and the research overwhelmingly supports it!

Studies consistently show that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person treatment for anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, PTSD, and burnout - the issues I see most often in my practice. The key factor is the quality of the therapeutic relationship and the skill and confidence of the counselor providing virtual therapy.

I've been doing this long enough to know that what makes therapy work is the connection between us, not the address of the office.

I use a simple, secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that requires nothing more than your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. No downloads, no tech headaches. In fact, most of my clients tell me they prefer telehealth because of the ease, privacy, and ability to do meaningful therapeutic work from the comfort of their own space.

What Our Telehealth Sessions Look Like

It's simple.  Find a private, comfortable spot and turn on your "do not disturb" - this is your time.  At your appointment time, you click a secure link that I provide for you and we begin.

Sessions are 50 minutes. We'll work with the same evidence-based tools, the same depth, and the same therapeutic relationship you'd experience in person. Many of my telehealth clients say that doing this work from their own space actually helps them feel more open and comfortable.

Who I Work With Online

My telehealth practice is designed specifically for clients in Nevada and Utah who are navigating:

  • Anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress
  • Burnout and overwhelm - especially for high-achieving clients who are exhausted from holding it all together 24/7
  • Trauma and PTSD, including complex and relational trauma
  • Perfectionism, high-performance, and people-pleasing that's quietly running - and draining - your life right now.

I especially love working with moms, healthcare professionals, first responders, working professionals, graduate students, and business owners. My clients are accomplished and capable, finally ready to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical health.
